These terms describe use of TxVetRealtor.com and TexasVeteranRealtor.com, operated by Jeanette Spain in Texas, USA, and the real estate inquiry and appointment messaging described below.
1. Website information and services
This website provides property information, real estate resources, and ways to contact Jeanette Spain, Texas Veteran Realtor. Browsing the website or submitting a form does not create an agency or brokerage relationship. Representation and any paid services are governed by separate agreements.
Listing prices, availability, measurements, school assignments, financing terms, and other property details may change and should be independently verified. Loan information is educational, not a loan offer, lending commitment, or guarantee of eligibility. Website content is not a substitute for individualized legal, tax, or financial advice.
2. SMS messaging terms
Program and message purpose
Jeanette Spain, Texas Veteran Realtor (TxVetRealtor.com), may send texts to people who have agreed to receive them about real estate inquiries, appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule updates, and requested property information. These terms do not enroll you in texting simply because you visit the website.
Consent and frequency
Text messages are sent subject to your consent and applicable law. Marketing messages require any additional consent applicable to that use. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving real estate services. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, and preferences.
Opting out and rejoining
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to the number that contacted you. We will honor your request and stop further messages to that number, except that a single opt-out confirmation may be sent. For personally managed phone conversations, requests are handled manually; this website does not itself automate a confirmation.
To resume texts, contact Jeanette and provide a new, clear opt-in. A new inquiry alone does not override a previous opt-out.
Help and support
Reply HELP to the number that texted you, email jeanette@texasveteranrealtor.com, or call 737-210-5812 for help. Support for a personally managed phone is handled manually, not by a website autoresponder.
Message rates and delivery
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and replies you send. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed; use direct contact for time-sensitive matters.
Privacy
We do not sell personal information or share mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in information, or consent records with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Read the Privacy Policy for information about collection, service providers, and privacy requests.
3. Email and telephone communication
We may respond to your inquiry by email or phone, subject to your preferences and applicable law. To stop marketing calls or emails, contact Jeanette. Marketing emails may also provide an unsubscribe link, and you may reply “unsubscribe.” An email subscription does not by itself constitute SMS consent.
4. Acceptable use and third-party services
Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent information, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not reuse website content in violation of intellectual property rights.
External services, including Calendly, Zillow, and Google Drive, have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or content. Website operation and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.
5. Updates and applicable law
These terms may be updated by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes do not create messaging consent or remove an existing opt-out. Texas law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
